Robert Brubaker was an American character actor, best known for his roles in television and movie westerns, including Gunsmoke and 40 Guns to Apache Pass. Brubaker was the only actor to play two re-occurring roles on Gunsmoke , he was the stagecoach driver Jim Buck in the first few seasons of the show, and in the final season of the series he portrayed Floyd the bartender.
