- Vanishing Point
A Cult Classic for sure. I dont think many people appreciated this movie and what it did to push forward really good car chases in movies like The French Connection did prior. Except The French Connection was really well written and really well acted. I need to see the remake to see if that one stands up to this, I find it hard to belive it does, but you never know.Vanishing Point - Any Gun Can Play
I love westerns, I love cheesy westerns, I love cheesy westerns that are waaaay over the top. Well this one checks all the boxes in all the right ways. If you like anything in this genre you better watch this one. It reminds me of rainy Saturday afternoons when as a kid you couldn't go out and play and you flipped on WPIX in NYC and you either saw this kinda movie or a badly dubbed Kung-Fu flick. Good times.Any Gun Can Play - Anora
This was one of those movies that totally flew under the radar for me. Then I saw that Criterion did the movie......well, it was on my radar then. Its a great must watch flick. You have to suspend disbelief a bit cuz its a little over the top but I dont think it was ever meant to be a documentary as much as its a essay on society as a whole. Its a big recommend from Gianni!!!Anora - American Psycho
This movie is super crazy - super sick, and I like it. Its just bizarre from being to to end. A must watch for sure. Especially if you are into 80s culture. Just looking at all that stuff in the movie as props is kool. Especially that killer stereo. Phil Collins , No Jacket Required has NEVER sounded the same again.American Psycho - The Twilight Zone - S1 • E8 - Time Enough at Last
One of the most iconic episodes in the series. I haven't met a person who doesn't love this one. Just think....in 20 years Burgess would be known to the world as Rocky's Trainer....for the time being he does a wonderful job as The Penguin in the TV series Batman. A pretty flexible actor for sure. The Twilight Zone - S1 • E8 - Time Enough at Last
