The Pitt Ratings & Reviews
- madz26December 7, 2025Great ER drama.
- Ty LeetFebruary 11, 2025Loving The Pitt so far, highly recommend if you like medical shows.
- Rock End RollMarch 22, 2025This is by far the most intense and graphic medical drama on my TV... With boobs, Hoo-has and wieners galore "The Pitt"sburgh, Pennsylvania Hospital is busy and chaotic as all get out... The double meaning in the show's title is an added touch that "YINZ" will enjoy... This is storytelling at its finest!!!
- dogcomplexDecember 2, 2025Compelling and smart addition to the televised anxiety disorders genre (just watched it right after season 3 of the Bear, so yeah great week for me). Still though - I loved this. The 24-style episodic format where storylines bleed (hah) into each other, the cast, the "reality" feel to it, the writing, the acting - just really works and feels alive. The casual speed and tension it cuts through the plot feels less like the milked drama of typical medical shows and more like you're really stepping into the characters' heads. I've never expected to be so invested in anticipating when poor Robbie is gonna get to pee.
- jishswoodNovember 24, 2025Absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend this show highly enough. If you've ever been in medicine, or in combat, you may end up being reminded of the worst of those times. I hated it, but its the most accurate depiction of some things I have ever encountered.
- Vash404November 18, 2025Can Dr. Robinavitch even work? He is avoiding all cases. OH NO GOTTA GO!
- Matthew DiPietroApril 15, 2025Great writing. Nuanced acting. Gripping action that grabs your attention and keeps it. Character development is solid. BUT... verges on tragedy/sadness porn at times and can come off melodramatic and overbaked.
- Corrine KocjancicNovember 6, 2025A solid exploration of the situation of healthcare today, with great acting! Don't know where they go in season 2, but excited to see it!
- BrandiNovember 5, 2025Wow. I couldn't stop. Who doesn't deserve an award in this cast?
- AjayOctober 12, 2025It's been a while since I've seen a show do a great job at capturing a high-stress, real-world environment, and The Pitt lives up to that expectation. Every moment is dripping with tension, either between the staff themselves or the wild variety of patients that get wheeled in through the emergency bay. And just as you thought it would end, it ramps up the stakes and really gets the blood flowing (pun intended). The cast are all excellent and the writing is quite good - I highly recommend giving it a watch just to get a glimpse of the absolute nightmare that an ER can be.
- Doc HolidaeSeptember 11, 2025This show could’ve been great, maybe even a classic, but it's ruined by the same garbage killing most entertainment today. Instead of being grounded and real, they’re stuffed with liberal politics. Conservatives are made into cartoon villains, while the writing shoves liberal ideology down your throat. There’s no middle ground anymore—it’s all one-sided preaching. The result? Fake narratives no one (of sane mind) relates to, forced “progressive” checkboxes, and the same tired 'modern day' formula. You’ll never see a strong, positive all black family in the main cast, but they’ll pat themselves on the back for tossing in interracial couples (throughout) and signs of LGBT characters as if that makes it deep. It doesn’t. I’m sick of shows pushing agendas instead of just telling a good damn story. This one could’ve been something, but the heavy-handed messaging killed it. Tired of the agendas. Once we got around episode 6 it started going downhill. Then episode 12 and down, it took a nose dive downward quickly. It became cringy in the last 4 to 5 episodes.
- craigg75March 13, 2025If you love medicine, especially ER care this show will be your show. None of the soap opera stuff that you find on other medical shows, this one is raw and constantly moving like a real ER. Medical geeks will love this show.
- Luke MalcolmSeptember 11, 2025My new favourite medical series.
- Corey BurkesSeptember 1, 2025Solid series. The estate of Michael Crichton are fools. They didn’t give permission to make this an ER continuation. Then they try to sue when they redevelop it as its own show. This is exactly why estate owners of IP can go broke trying to preserve something ancient without allowing it to expand or grow. You hear me Tolkien (Rings) Broccoli (Bond). Just make your money, sit in the beach and let the characters expand. Now, the Pitt makes its own dough. I’m there for it.
- kwz3August 24, 2025Best of 2025 so far.
- josi.victoriaAugust 21, 2025Takes a little while to get in sync with the characters, but inch by inch you see their subtleties and they get under your skin, in the best and the worse ways. Love it.
- Markyjay1July 22, 2025The Pitt might be the best medical drama ever—Noah Wylie is back in scrubs, trauma is high, writing is sharp, and the fake blood budget….Huge!. A Must-Watch!
- 49kn5June 28, 2025This was disturbing sometimes but it’s a great show. I have felt every second of this show. I didn’t watch any doctor/hospital shows before this but I definitely enjoyed this. It was hard to watch though. Acting is so good. You even questioning if this a scenario or documentary. Well written, directed, played and edited. I respect everyone who works in hospital but now I salute them.
- Jillian BroekJune 22, 2025I could not stop watching! This show is an emotional roller-coaster. I cried at least twice. Binge this now!
- maiyataylor150June 19, 2025It is SOOO medically accurate and Doctor Mike loves it. This show isn't just medically accurate, it also makes it feel like an hospital. It has senior residents, interns, and med students, it includes what would happen during a passing, and more I'm in LURV with this show and the characters, especially Dr. King, Dr. Langdon, and Nurse Dana. Recommend this show LOVE IT SM ❤️
