Zootopia Ratings & Reviews
- Daniel GustavssonOctober 11, 2024This movie simply aims higher than its peers and has some serious effort put into it. It's really beautiful with hilarious jokes, lovable characters and good points on society today. I love it.
- RyezooFebruary 20, 2025Disney Animation continues to knock it outta the park. Zootopia kept a smile on my face for almost the entirety of its runtime. The characters are heartfelt and draw the audience in. Jason Batemen as the sly fox is perfectly voiced and equally matched by Ginnifer Godwin who plays Judy Hopps. The ensemble cast also stand out especially Idris Elba and JK Simmons. It's worth noting that Shakira is also in the film and is probably the most unnecessary character in the film. Feels like all Disney was trying to sell a soundtrack and honestly the songs only okay. The animation is beautiful and the design of the world was really cool. It's neat to see how giraffes, mice, and other species would coexist. The jokes were meta, sometimes very adult, and most importantly always hilarious. It's great for a film to have such a positive message for children and Zootopia's stance on having everyone get along is really relevant nowadays. The story hits all the right notes and feelings and is enjoyable time for movie fans of all ages.
- rdb850July 12, 2025Great animation but interesting content about prejudice. I don't know that I want a Disney movie teaching my kid about racial prejudice. But all in all it was fine it's a kids movie and not for me but my son.
- DdoughnutMay 22, 2025Never been more excited for a sequel to a movie. Just gotta wait until November
- PhineasJuly 10, 2025Disney Animation's best movie of the century. Yes, better than Tangled. There's virtually zero flaws with this movie outside of the rushed ending. It's not predictable, it's emotional, funny, heartwarming, and has so much charm and world building. Top notch.

- NirupamJune 19, 2025“My mommy says she wishes you were dead.” Not only Zootopia is really funny but it’s also is such a good mystery movie. I’m a sucker for an investigative thrillers, and the main mystery here is done so well. With each clue, the story gets more compelling, it’s great stuff. I used to read a lot of mystery books (The Famous Five, Secret Seven, etc.) when I was younger and if Zootopia had come out back then, when I was like six or seven, I just know I would’ve had it on repeat. But teen me appreciated this film too mostly because of how much I connected with Judy. Now rewatching this after a long time and I appreciate it even more. The mystery, the humor, the characters, the themes, all of it. Can’t wait for Zootopia 2. P.S. if you’re the tiger on the subway… rawr.
- Drei Löwen Home TheaterJune 18, 2025Great movie for kids and adults. I would give it 5 stars if it had a little more of Flash in the movie.
