Heat Ratings & Reviews
- BradenJanuary 28, 2025"For me, the action is the Juice. I'm in." Heat is the cornerstone of the 'Hell Yeah' movie pantheon. Mann's crime-drama oozes style, highlighting a gritty, grainy Los Angeles crime scene. Helmed by Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, Heat features one of the best action set pieces of all time. Come for the action, stay for the existential melodrama. A true work of art that I'd recommend to anyone.
- texas3191d agoClassic 90s movie! Action filled great story line with young great actors… would recommend if you are looking at something that can keep your attention with a cat and mouse game between troubled cops and troubled robbers.
- Ty LeetApril 10, 2025I’d like to think that Val Kilmer is still out there, driving around, avoiding the heat.
- brossa07d agoExcellent movie. Watch it loud and on headphones, if possible.

- CubaneOctober 27, 2025The tried and true heist movie format, except this is the film that proved it could be done better. It's elevated by an ironclad cast and unforgettable performances.
- PolosatyOctober 26, 2025Pure classic. Best actors at their prime!
- DisentOctober 17, 2025Nearly perfect, if it wasn't for Pacino's laughable attempt to appear intimidating I would probably give it 5 stars, everyone else is perfect and all due respect to him, but his performance was comically stupid and his stature didn't help add to the needed threat he should have imposed - apparently he intended his character to be high on cocaine all the time, which would make sense, but they cut that out, that storyline may have helped make his characters manic performance more convincing. Regardless, its the action we come for and it doesn't disappoint, its visceral and feels real, like most good films in the 90's - the practical effects and real sets / on location shoots make all the difference.
- tomisto7October 11, 2025THIS CHANGED MY LIFE, AMAZING. 10/10
- mickerdooJuly 3, 2025Long and deep. By the end you root for the bad guys and the good guys. De Niro is cool and complicated. Great facets of characterization.

- rleathersSeptember 17, 2025Silly feel good movie with explosions and people covered in nuts
