Directed by Michael MannNeil McCauley, an expert thief with an obsession for his craft, orchestrates a series of bold robberies across Los Angeles. Mann's crime-drama oozes style, highlighting a gritty, grainy Los Angeles crime scene. Helmed by Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, Heat features one of the best action set pieces of all time. Come for the action, stay for the existential melodrama. A true work of art that I'd recommend to anyone.
- Johann2d agoTremendous. Peak Ashley Judd... and a TON of other actors I totally forgot were in this. Interesting case where the "bad guys" are so engaging that you want to root for them even though they're terrible. Great sound design. A lot of fun to watch.
