Season 1
Aparajita is born as a Vishkanya, a venomous girl, whose body including her bodily fluids is poisonous which could fatal to anyone per contact. Initially she was not aware of the fact that she is a poison girl or that she was used as a pawn to destroy Mittal's family by her maternal aunt (Kalpana Ghosh) who she thought was her mother. Her mother kept her locked in her room since she was a little girl, avoiding any contact with the outsiders stirring curiosity from her neighbors especially Malay. The first time she was allowed out was for a party in Mittal's mansion where she met Malay for the first time, properly and he instantly smitten by her beauty and delicate grace despite her mysterious aura. Due to some series of event, Aparajita beguns to question her true identity. She demanded answers from her mother about the unexplained facts such as her skin turning into bright blue whenever she felt conflict. Kalpana revealed that she is indeed a descendant of Vishkanya. For generations, daughters in her family were used as a weapon to destroy kingdoms and cities. Kalpana urges her to kill each and every member of Mittal's family especially Malay to hurt his mother. Years ago Malay's father married Kalpana despite having another wife, Malay's mother. Enraged, Malay's mother gun-hired a man to kill Kalpana but he mistakenly harms Kalpana's sister and Aparajita's mother causing Malay's father and Aparajita's mother to be paralyzed. Kalpana swore revenge on Nandhita Mittal by planning to make Malay fall in love with Aparajita and then dispose him later. Aparajita was disturbed by the fact but she could not find in her heart to do as her mother asked and distanced herself from Malay but he relentlessly kept chasing her without knowing the reason. Against all the odds, they both fell for each other but Malay's mother had plotted many evil schemes to separate them. In the end, Malay reluctantly marries Vardaan due to some misunderstanding caused by his mother and under the influence of the rest of his family. In the sequences of the story, Malay had a change of heart and begins to love Vardaan much to Aparajita's dismay as he instantly breaks up with her after that. By some tricks she had up her sleeves and with Kalpana's aid, Aparajita managed to marry Malay but at this point he does not love her anymore and still remains unaware of her supernatural identity. Vardaan divorces Malay under the influence of Apu and Malay is then forced to marry Apu but Vardaan saves Apu's life and Apu let's Vardaan and Malay to be together. Apu tells her about her supernatural identity. Just before Malay and Vardaan's wedding, Kasturi (Assistant of Black Shadow, the head of all evil) come to kill Apu but Vardaan comes in the way and then Apu kills Kasturi. Vardaan makes Apu promise to take care of Malay after her and she passes out. The show takes a 3-month leap and introduce Mandira, Nandita Mittal's sister who is killed by the Black Shadow. The Black Shadow takes Mandira's form and comes to Mittal Mansion where she kills Chiki, Avi Mittal's fiancee. Black Shadow (She is made up of smoke) calls her another assistant, Yakshini who is made up of lust. Yakshini comes to Mittal Mansion as Laila which is soon to marry Avi. Apu find them suspicious and she manages to burn Yakshini's house i.e. tree. (It is believed that a Yakshini's powers are in it house) and then Black Shadow kidnaps Kalpana and orders Apu to get intimate with Malay as Apu's offspring will free the Black Shadow from old-age curse and will give it powers. Malay heard them talking and Malay and Apu pretend that they got intimate and fake Malay's death (as getting intimate with a Vishkanya results in death). Apu tells Black Shadow to let her meet her aunt and she agreed.There, Apu kills Black Shadow and she decides to go to Himalayas and spend her life there. Malay realises his love for Apu and stops her. Then Baba (Priest) comes with a rabbit and orders Apu to kill it. Apu scratches it but nothing happens, then Baba tells her that Goddess has taken her venom out of her body in return to Black Shadow's death and now she can live in peace. Apu and Malay get married and they live together, happily.

Malay assures her that he will not let his family damage her self-respect at any cost. Later her speaks to Renu and questions her as to why she had sneaked into Kalpana's house. Renu assures Malay that no one had asked her to do what she had done and only apologizes to Malay for her behaviour. Ambarrassed by her mother's behaviour Veda goes to meet Aprajita and apologizes to her for the same. - Episode 44E44
Episode 44Vardan displays the lemon to her mother that has now turned red. The lemon that Renu had left at Kalpana's house makes Renu realize that her doubts about something fishy going on at Kalpana's place was infact right. Renu and Vardan together speak to Kumkum about it and she wakes up Malay's mother to discuss about the matter. Malay's mother is shocked to see the red lemon and she too believes that Kalpana's house is surrouned by negative energy. Worried that this negative energy wiill effect Malay after the marriage, the trio comes up with a plan. - Episode 45E45
Episode 45Aprajita is busy selecting a saree and just then, she sees her mother. Seeing Aprajita confused, Kalpana enquires with her about the matter. Just when Kalpana is about to inform her about the matter, Malay's mother arrives and informs Kalpana that Malay's father is sick and hence he cannot take part in the marriage celebrations. She then informs that the marriage will have to take place in her own house so that her sick husband too can be part of the celebrations. Later, Aprajita takes her mother to tha balcony and the two of them watch as an unknown energy seems to be stopping Malay from entering Aprajita's house. However, Aprajita forces Malay to enter her house and she is surprised to see him speak in a rude manner. - Episode 46E46
Episode 46Vardaan, Renu, Kumkum and her elder sister discuss about dealing with Aprajita and Kalpana. The four of them are worried that Malay's life is now in danger and wonder how to save Malay from Kalpana. Later, Malay enters the room and asks the four women about what they are discussing. The four ladies make an excuse and finally Renu makes an excuse about Vardaan's marriage. Meanwhile, Aprajita asks Kalpana if Malay loves her only because she is a Vishkanya. Kalpana assures her that a Vishkanya cannot force anyone to love her and Malay loves her for real. Meanwhile, Renu surprises Vardaan when she reveals that she is aware of her love for Malay. - Episode 47E47
Episode 47Aprajita is given a warm welcome into the house while Malay's mother continuously thinks of the danger that is lingering around her son. As Aprajita enters the house, Vardan asks her if she is happy and Aprajita replies by saying that she is even happier than Malay is. Meanwhile, Renu and Kumkum try to search for Kalpana but fail to find her. Vardan calls up her mother and informs her that Kalpana has already arrived for the wedding ceremony. Later, Kumkum threatens the pundit to postpone the auspicious moment for Malay's marriage with Aprajita by an hour and the pundit is forced to do as asked. - Episode 49E49
Episode 49Furious with his family trying to stop his marriage with Aprajita, Malay gets furious with them. He warns his family that he will get married to Aprajita, come what may, and asks those who are against the marriage to stay away. He further asks Renu and Veda to leave his house. Kumkum later requests Renu to stay in the house as she had promised to protect Malay from Aprajita. But Renu feels that she has some responsibility towards her daughter as well and feels that she should leave after the insult caused by Malay. Episode 50Malay is heartbroken upon seeing Appu lying unconscious. Just when he loses all hope, he hears the sound of the temple bell. Malay carries Aprajita into the temple and lays Aprajita's lifeless body before the statue of Lord Shiva. He starts expressing his anger before the statue of Lord Shiva and refuses to let Aprajita leave him. Malay takes the trident from the statue and prepares to kill himself but just then, Aprajita begins to breathe. Malay is pleased to have Aprajita back and he takes her home while, Veda watches in shock. She later informs her mother of Appu's return from the dead. - Episode 51E51
Episode 51A thief snatches Kalpana's purse and tries to escape with it but just then a lady wearing a veil follows the thief. It later turns out that the thief and the lady wearing the veil had been set up by Renu. The lady then returns the purse to Kalpana and pretends to be lost. Aparajita offers the lady help and agrees to take her home but Kalpana refuses to do so. She offers money to the lady but the lady refuses to take any money. As the lady prepares to return, Renu is disappointed that her plan is failing. Just then, the lady pretends to fall unconsious and finally Kalpana is forced to take her home. - Episode 52E52
Episode 52Malay enters Aprajita's house and he comes across Veda wearing a red veil. Malay does not recognize Veda and he is led to the store room when he enquires about Aprajita with her. Just as Malay is about to go towards the store room, Aprajita arrives and stops him. Veda hears Aprajita and Kalpana lying about not being in the store room and instantly suspects something fishy about the store room. Veda then visits the store room herself and she comes across the cupboard. She manages to find the glass door in the cupboard as well. Just then, Aprajita finds the store room door open and walks into the room only to find Veda sleeping on a cot. That night, the decorators are busy arranging lights in the house and soon the entire house catches fire. - Episode 53E53
Episode 53Aprajita steps out of the house with her mother on the lap and Malay helps her escape from the fire and brings her to safety. Kalpana sees Aprajita with her elder sister and is horrified as she realizes that her deeply hidden secret will now be given out. Nandita sees the woman and recognizes her to be the one whom she had tried to kill. When she realizes that The woman is the real mother of Aprajita and the sister of Kalpana, she instantly understands Kalpana's entire ploy against her family. She gets furious and goes to her paralyised husband. She shouts at him the woman whom she had tried to get killed is still alive and she also learns that the woman whom her husband had been having affair with is none other than Kalpana - Episode 54E54
Episode 54Veda is shocked to see Malay in the kitchen and she ends up horrified when he asks her about how she was aware of where the kitchen was. Veda manages to make an excuse and keeps her identity safe, but moments later, her veil gives way. However, Malay helps her pick up the 'dupatta' but fails to see her face. Meanwhile, Nandita decides to reveal to Malay all about Aprajita and Kalpana's ploy against him but Aprajita does not stop her. Instead Aprajita threatens Nandita that she will let Malay know about the reason behind why they were forced to plot against him. She decides to reveal the reality of Nandita and her evil intentions to her son. Aprajita goes on to drag Nandita towards Malay so that Nandita can begin by sharing what she has just learnt to Malay - Episode 55E55
Episode 55Veda calls up her mother and informs her that the matter concerning Aprajita and Kalpana is not as simple as they had assumed. Just then, Veda hears the sound of footsteps and she keeps the phone down. She then follows Kalpana to her house and Aprajita too reaches there. Aprajita informs Kalpana that she is worried about the next step that Nandita will be taking. Moments later, she removes the necklace and transforms into the Vishkanya. She further expresses her desire to walk before Nandita in her true form and Aparajita remains absolutely unaware of Veda recording her statement in a mobile phone. - Episode 56E56
Episode 56Kumkum sees Kalyani leaving the house with Malay and question her about where she is taking Malay. Kalyani informs Kumkum that she is only going shopping with her soon to be son-in-law. Meanwhile, Aparajita sees Roshni still in the house and is surprised a bit. Later, a man named Sunder reaches the street and he gets furious when few kids hit him with a dirty football. He punctures the football and later punishes the small kids for making his clothes dirty. He then prepares to beat the kids but just then, Aparajita reaches the scene and stops him.
