Aprajita is busy selecting a saree and just then, she sees her mother. Seeing Aprajita confused, Kalpana enquires with her about the matter. Just when Kalpana is about to inform her about the matter, Malay's mother arrives and informs Kalpana that Malay's father is sick and hence he cannot take part in the marriage celebrations. She then informs that the marriage will have to take place in her own house so that her sick husband too can be part of the celebrations. Later, Aprajita takes her mother to tha balcony and the two of them watch as an unknown energy seems to be stopping Malay from entering Aprajita's house. However, Aprajita forces Malay to enter her house and she is surprised to see him speak in a rude manner.
