The series was was a mix of drama & comedy and dealt with a petty criminal named Turtle and his minder, "Razor" Eddie, who by accident come into possession of the proceeds of a major bank robbery. Eddie had been told to steal a van, and the van he stole turned out to be the getaway vehicle for the robbery. Inside were a large number of safe deposit boxes. Each episode of the show dealt with Turtle and Eddie opening one box and dealing with the contents of it.
