From the moment the letters arrive, the show leans hard into that slow, creeping paranoia — the kind that seeps into everyday life rather than exploding into overt horror. There’s something especially unsettling about menace delivered through words, not action, and the series plays that card well. The central mystery is deliberately slippery. Time and again, the show points the finger at someone, only to pull it away and suggest another culprit. That constant misdirection keeps you watching, but it also becomes a weakness. By the end, the question isn’t so much who the Watcher is, but whether the show ever really intended to answer it at all. The ambiguity feels more frustrating than profound. That said, it’s undeniably bingeable. The pacing makes it easy to roll through episodes in a day, and the performances are solid enough to carry you along even when the plot starts looping back on itself.
