R.J. appears and chimes in that his mom is meant to be with his Ridge. The three speculate about what Brooke will do. Wyatt and Katie take a break from their romantic evening to divulge to each other the latest gossip from their respective families. Bill makes a passionate plea to Brooke for her to forgive him for his misgivings. Fighting tears, Brooke argues that Bill claimed to have been a better man because of her, but he is the same man that had Ridge thrown out of a helicopter in Dubai. She loves Bill, but a part of his character frightens her and she cannot live on with it. Suddenly, Brooke removes her wedding ring, hands it over to Bill and asks him to leave. Later, Ridge and R.J. stop by at Brooke's house. They are stunned that she ended her marriage to Bill, but try to reassure her that she did the right thing. - Ep. #7681
E8Ep. #7681Liam arrives at Spectra Fashions where Sally reveals the renovation progress of her office. Sally expresses her gratitude for Liam's help and vows to pay him back one day. Steffy tells Bill that she will be there for him in this time of need. Bill laments that he lost so much so quickly: his son and company and now his wife. Steffy promises Bill that she will have a heart-to-heart discussion with Liam about a solution. As Wyatt attempts to put together the clues that point towards Bill being associated with the Spectra fire, Katie subtly hints that his suspicion is correct. Wyatt leaves to confront his father and Bill admits to being blackmailed by Liam. Bill is content that at least one of his sons is sticking with him and decides to call Liam who is speaking to his wife. Brooke shuts down his advances, but stresses that he has been her rock to get through this difficult time. Steffy listens as Liam spars verbally with Bill over the phone. When Bill and Liam's peace talks fall short, Steffy reminds her husband about what could happen to the Spencer family if he and his father do not reconcile. On behalf of Bill, Wyatt confronts Liam about blackmailing their father and ousting him from his own company. In return, Liam reveals to Wyatt Bill's other misdeed of staging a lie about Caroline's health. Liam then asks his brother to move past all the drama and work by side as next the generation of leaders at Spencer Publications. Meanwhile not far from Forrester Creations at Il Giardino, Sheila receives laurels for her first week as a waitress from the restaurant manager when she spots Katie and Wyatt. Intrigued to see the unlikely couple sharing a kiss, Sheila decides to use this little piece of information for her advantage. Eric promotes his gardener, Mateo, to the post of estate manager after the young man has delivered excellent work. Later, Eric is taken aback to find Sheila at his door who informs him that she saw Katie and Quinn's son kissing. On her way out, Sheila then walks in on the handsome new estate manager. Wyatt and Katie are smooching at her house when a nosy Eric stops by for a visit. - Ep. #7687
E14Ep. #7687Steffy rants that Liam is being played by Sally, her arch-rival. Liam argues that his obligation to right his father's wrongs is separate from his obligations to her as a husband. At Spectra Fashions, Shirley opines to Sally that Steffy is bound to dump Liam sooner or later - and that her granddaughter should make a move even before that. Despite Liam's reassurance, Steffy goes to see Sally and accuses her of taking advantage of Liam's generosity. While checking in on his father's welfare, Wyatt informs Bill that Liam offered him to become his right-hand-man which he turned down. Wyatt leaves for work where he warns Liam to set his priorities straight - at the company and in his private life. When Steffy pays him another visit, Bill is flooded with memories of a time when he and Steffy were very close - and shared a kiss. Bill remarks that it is incredibly disrespectful as he would never treat Steffy that way. Wyatt confides in Katie about Liam's urge to help Sally and they worry that Liam is only further angering Bill, even if only by accident. Shirley and Darlita explain to Saul that Sally has found a powerful ally to get the company off the ground. Taking Steffy's advice seriously, Sally attempts to back out of the trip with Liam. Liam's reaction has Sally come to a startling realization: his father had Spectra Fashion set on fire. Liam admits it, but asks Sally for silence. E27Ep. #7700Sheila happily greets Eric who is having lunch at Il Giardino. When she attempts to turn him against Quinn by questioning her loyalty to their marriage, Eric becomes offended. He informs Sheila that he has forgiven his wife and nothing can come between them. Meanwhile at the Forrester Mansion, Mateo explains to Quinn that he finds her very attractive - and that they are alone. An appalled Quinn tells Mateo to get his hands off her. She confronts Mateo for turning against Eric who put his trust in him by making him the new estate manager. Mateo realizes that he made a mistake and quickly apologizes for overstepping. After Quinn wants to fire him, Mateo reveals that Sheila filled his mind with lies and offered him a lot of money in order to become Eric's wife again. Quinn is horrified and tells the anxious young man that he will have to help her to seek revenge - Liam praises Steffy for bringing him and Bill together again. Their chipper mood is only tarnished briefly as they touch the subject of Sally Spectra. - Ep. #7703
E30Ep. #7703Bill underlines Liam's return into his good graces by giving him back his sword necklace. Bill then surprises Liam and Wyatt with legal papers making the three of them co-CEOs of Spencer Publications. As Steffy fills Ridge in on the Spencer family reconciliation, she also voices her concern over her husband's affection for Sally. Without breaking her promise to Liam about keeping quiet about his gift, Sally non-verbally confirms Shirley's suspicions about how she obtained ownership of the Spectra building. Sally concedes that Liam is the most amazing man she has ever met, but at the same time reminds Shirley that she will respect his marriage vows. Bill turns to Wyatt to be an ally in their future decisions regarding the company. Just as he begins to realize that his father's motivation to promote him was to balance out Liam, Wyatt learns yet another interesting tidbit: Justin and Bill explain to a stunned Wyatt that the sale of the Spectra property was invalid due to regulations for company funded real estate-deals. Right on cue, Alison delivers the model of Spencer Tower into Bill's office. When Liam returns shortly later, he is perplexed to see the skyscraper model and demands answers. - Ep. #7704
E31Ep. #7704Liam feels betrayed by Bill when he learns that Sally does not own the Spectra building, because title still belongs with the Spencer Trust. Bill explains that he will keep many of Liam's programs alive, but his skyscraper project will not be halted by these. Liam is irked when Wyatt backs up his father with a majority vote to build "Sky". Brooke begins to have second thoughts about divorcing Bill when she learns from Steffy that he and Liam have reconciled. Shirley calls Sally out on her feelings for Liam and encourages her to pursue him in spite of the fact that he is married to Steffy. Sally claims that they are merely friends; even if Liam's bestowment of the Spectra lot is the greatest gift she has ever received from anyone. - Ep. #7706
E33Ep. #7706With reconstruction ahead of schedule, Sally and Shirley settle in their new old office and debate some designs. Liam arrives and sadly informs Sally in person that their plan to rebuild Spectra Fashions will not happen. As they are talking, Saul, Shirley and Darlita enter, enthusing about the new collection. Sally announces that she does not own the building and that Bill wants to demolish it this week. Shirley urges her niece to fight - and suggest classic peace protests as a means to stop Bill from tearing down the building. To everyone's surprise, Liam immediately signs up to join the Spectras for their "sit-in". Steffy learns from Bill that all of her efforts to reunite him with Liam were in vain, because once again, they are at war. Bill grouses that Liam has no understanding as to why that location is so important for his skyscraper, and complains that he is siding with that redhead again over his family. Bill fears that Liam is attached to Sally in a way he should not be. - Ep. #7719
E46Ep. #7719Bill is thrown for a loop when he wants to invite Steffy on an instant getaway to his yacht in Monte Carlo and she instead breaks the news that she and Liam renewed their wedding vows. Bill reminds Steffy of their history and claims that they suppressed their true feelings for far too long. Steffy replies that she loves Liam and that she will remain married to his son. She therefore asks Bill for a sincere promise: silence about their one-night-stand. Meanwhile, Liam confesses to Wyatt that his association with Sally went too far. Wyatt is happy to hear that Liam managed to salvage his marriage and is now intent on repairing his strained relationship to their father. - Ep. #7720
E47Ep. #7720Rick and Maya help Eric and Quinn setting up the Forrester Mansion for the annual Thanksgiving feast. Pam and Charlie are already busy and make last minute arrangements for the traditional Turkey dinner the following day. Liam is on cloud nine that Steffy forgave him. All his raving about her generosity and marvelous character makes Steffy feel extremely uncomfortable. Bill, who continues to daydream about his night with Steffy, acts grumpy at the office. Justin suspects that Bill is feeling remorseful about losing Brooke unaware of what is actually bothering his friend. Liam, accompanied by Steffy, arrives and announces to his father that he wants a chance to prove his loyalty and devotion. Bill agrees to let bygones be bygones and they embrace. - Ep. #7725
E52Ep. #7725Bill who can hardly concentrate on work anyway receives a visit from Steffy. She frets that she cannot keep what they did to herself any longer. Bill wonders if she is willing to risk losing her marriage to come clean. Steffy is thrown for a loop when Bill explains that he does not want to lose his son either, but does not regret at all that they made love - Coco questions Sally's plan to make an uninvited appearance at Liam's even though her sister claims that she does not want to create problems. Later, Coco fills a curious Darlita in on Sally and Liam kissing while Sally has to realize that Liam is extremely happy that Steffy forgave him so easily. - Ep. #7735
E62Ep. #7735Liam and Steffy relish in their renewed love and enjoy an afternoon off from work by surfing. Steffy then leaves for a routine check-up with her doctor. Thorne complains to Eric about Ridge's obvious disrespect for his marriage to Quinn as well as Brooke for whom he is still very fond. While Thorne's cautioning words begin to get to him, Eric wants to focus on the future instead of the past. Thorne then reveals to his father that in order to prove himself, he started his own fashion line in Paris called "Aly" and that sales are doing well. Ridge arrives at Brooke's house and surprises her with a romantic dinner out on the patio. During dinner, Ridge gives a touching toast before asking Brooke to become his wife. - Ep. #7736

Brooke happily accepts Ridge's proposal, yet she does not want to wear his ring until her divorce from Bill has been finalized. Thorne advises a stunned Eric to fire Ridge so that he and Brooke can rid their lives of negativity. Right on cue, Quinn walks into the room to inform Eric and Thorne that Ridge will not leave Brooke anytime soon as they are probably already engaged by now. Liam thanks Bill for his loyalty to the family. When Bill reacts strange, Liam assumes that it is because op Brooke. Bill explains to his son that he is coming to terms with the fact that he will not have Brooke in his life anymore. At the hospital, Dr. Campbell has surprising news for Steffy and Liam: Steffy's blood test revealed that she is pregnant. Later, Brooke reminds Thorne that he needs to recognize her relationship with Ridge if he plans on continuing to live under her roof. An ecstatic Liam confidentially tells Wyatt that he and Steffy are going to be parents. Wyatt shares his brother's enthusiasm and cannot wait to see Bill's reaction at the prospect of becoming a grandfather. In Bel Air, Steffy panics when Bill points out that she should raise her child with the biological father. R.J. and Coco arrive alongside Ridge and Brooke. Secret lovers Katie and Wyatt make eyes at one another across the room. Liam and Steffy have a whispered conversation about it being too early to tell the family that they are expecting and kiss. In the kitchen, Katie and Ivy chat with Pam and Charlie as they help with the cooking. Brooke is stunned when her sister Donna unexpectedly pays L.A. a visit for the holidays - upon Ridge's invite. Ridge then informs everyone that Christmas came early to him as Brooke has accepted his marriage proposal. In light of the season's spirit, Thorne congratulates the newly engaged couple. Bill protests and explains that he has been extremely fond of Steffy for many years. Meanwhile, Wyatt and Liam share a laugh at the prospect of sturdy Bill becoming a doting grandfather. Anxiety-ridden, Steffy follows up with Dr. Campbell to find out the results of the paternity test. Katie is surprised to learn that Brooke asked him to leave, but also senses that Thorne still has a thing for her sister. Even though she will not give up to Thorne that her new lover is Wyatt, Katie offers Thorne a place to stay. Ridge and Brooke enjoy an afternoon of leisure as a newly engaged couple. Brooke encourages Ridge to cut Thorne some slack and improve his relationship to his brother. Liam confides in Wyatt that Steffy is concerned about pregnancy in light of her previous miscarriage. As Bill nervously paces the hallways, Steffy learns the identity of her baby's father from Dr. Campbell: it's Liam. Steffy is tearfully relieved and Bill who shows up shortly later assures her that everything is how it is supposed to be. E71Ep. #7744Thorne turns down Katie's offer and tells her that he will be taking one of the guestrooms at the Forrester Mansion. Katie notes that it is hard to believe that Thorne is single. He expresses his happiness that Katie seems to have found new love after her divorce from Bill and Katie assures him that this is the case. Justin begins to put the pieces together. Assuming that Bill had planned the trip to Europe around Thanksgiving with Steffy and in light of his current sour mood, Justin cannot help but wonder if Bill sought revenge on Liam by going after Steffy. Bill denies this, but breaks it to Justin that he had a one-night-stand with his son's wife and that she is now pregnant. Justin is stunned that Bill seems to be in love with Steffy. Bill retorts that the baby is Liam's as the DNA test was conclusive - and that is all that matters. Still unsure about her future, Steffy has a daydream about what life would be like having a family with Liam. Just as Steffy begins to calm down, realizing that nothing will come between her and her husband, Liam makes a shocking discovery. While he is happy to have his sister back in town, Rick issues a snide remark that only Steffy can grant any company projects, but apparently the CEO's private life has been more important than the office lately. After revealing that Katie now knows the truth, Steffy urges Bill to leave in case Liam decides to return home. Wyatt finds Liam packing up his office and questions his brother on what is happening with him and Steffy. Eventually, Liam reveals to a stunned Wyatt that Bill and Steffy had sex - leaving her baby father's identity in the air for a while. Meanwhile, Justin informs Bill that he managed to track down Liam at Spencer Publications. Bill marches off to face his furious sons. Katie pays a visit to Steffy and tries to comfort her by putting the blame on the terrible situation on Bill. Steffy makes it clear that it is not as simple as that. - Ep. #7751

Bill takes full responsibility, but also tries to make Wyatt understand that that he had feelings for Steffy long before Liam or Wyatt came into the picture. Wyatt is shocked when Bill insinuates that he loves Steffy and reminds his father that he crossed a line. When Hope wonders if infidelity had something to do with Liam and Steffy's current problems, Sally lays claim to Liam if his marriage falls apart. Meanwhile at the Cliff House, Steffy desperately struggles to convince Liam that they can overcome this latest obstacle in their marriage.
