Judge, lawyer, prosecutor - these are the people who play the main role in the trial. It would seem that the fate of the accused depends on them. But it was not there: “behind the scenes” there remains a person, without whom it is impossible to pass a sentence. This is a medical expert. It is his conclusion that often becomes decisive, it depends on him whether a person remains free or goes to jail.
