I love the Punisher and Daredevil comics, and the TV series did them both right. These guys are anti-heroes with a lot of gray area. This series combined with the Daredevil series are some of the best live action comic adaptations ever. Brutal, bloody, philosophic and dealing with real life issues. Looking forward to the next Punisher series coming in the future. Berenthal was born to play Frank Castle.

This show isn't just entertainment; it's a masterclass in efficient problem-solving. Frank Castle is the only guy in America who looks at a corrupt politician, a shady judge, or a dirty cop and doesn't think, "Gee, I should really draft a strongly worded letter to the editor." He thinks, "What is the most direct and permanent solution to this issue?" And friends, the answer is almost always a creatively applied high-velocity bullet. This show is a therapeutic fantasy for anyone who has ever been stuck in traffic, paid a parking ticket, or seen a white-collar criminal get a slap on the wrist. It's the cathartic release of watching karma be administered not by the universe, but by a very large, very angry man with a seemingly endless supply of ammunition and a deep, philosophical opposition to plea deals. It's not violent. It's proactive. It's not revenge. It's auditing. Five stars. Would recommend to any frustrated taxpayer. The only thing it's missing is a toll-free number to send Frank suggestions.
