Definitely the bloodiest and most violent Marvel TV show or movie they've ever done, and that's the way it had to be. I love the Punisher and Daredevil comics, and the TV series did them both right. These guys are anti-heroes with a lot of gray area. This series combined with the Daredevil series are some of the best live action comic adaptations ever. Brutal, bloody, philosophic and dealing with real life issues. Looking forward to the next Punisher series coming in the future. Berenthal was born to play Frank Castle.
