Eduardo "Lalo" Padilla is a successful executive of an advertising agency, and who generates a great attraction for women, but he is unable to commit. After rejecting Romina, one of his many girlfriends, she decides to turn him into a woman through a strange spell. Thus, Lalo wakes up one day with a completely different body and with which he must face a new life as Lola Padilla, pretending to be a distant cousin who comes to support Lalo.
