After stealing the Tesseract during the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” an alternate version of Loki is brought to the mysterious Time Variance Authority, a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline. They give Loki a choice: face being erased from existence due to being a “time variant” or help fix the timeline and stop a greater threat.
Where to Watch Loki
- Neil CassidyOctober 4, 2026LOVE this series. I was so worried that they were basically gonna pretend like it never happened like some of the series made during the rough period of Marvel. I'm so glad they didn't!
- gustavo AndradeOctober 3, 2026PEAK, best serie oat
- parktool69December 1, 2024made me cry, owen and tom should have been bfs
- joshuacottle30August 29, 2026The best marvel TV show and the best Disney+ TV show. Amazing story and Loki’s character development from a self absorbed egotistical god to someone who cares which eventually gave him his glorious purpose was amazing.
- Spaceman JoeJuly 4, 2025By far best live action MCU show
- gradientorangeJune 29, 2025i remember rolling my eyes very hard when loki escaped in endgame because i knew it would mean he would be back in the MCU somehow. little did i know, it would lead to one of the most amazing journeys for loki. i love him and this story so much. i cannot wait to see where his journey goes after this
- Anodyne4KAugust 27, 2026Tom Hiddleston is electric as Loki and the opportunity to expand on the character in greater focus in a two season spin off had me excited. After seeing both seasons, Loki as a character became beloved and one of my favorites. This short series is worth the investment given its level of importance in the background of later MCU story development.
- DarlingInThePlexxJune 10, 2025When Marvel first announced they were doing TV shows, I was… skeptical. Like, “You’re gonna shrink down these billion-dollar characters and stretch them into six episodes on a TV budget?” Please. And then Loki said: “Hold my sacred timeline.” 🌀👑✨ This show doesn’t just surprise you—it evolves you. The production design alone deserves its own multiversal branch: the retro-futurist TVA aesthetic with its brutalist architecture, muted palettes, mesmerizing symmetry, and analog weirdness? Chef’s kiss. Visually, thematically, emotionally—it’s operating on another level. What starts off as chaotic trickster shenanigans turns into a story about identity, legacy, regret, grief, and finding purpose beyond the roles others write for you. This is not just “Loki being Loki.” It’s Loki confronting himself, literally and metaphorically. Tom Hiddleston finally gets the arc he deserved. Not a side villain. Not comic relief. Not just Thor’s hot mess brother. But a myth made human. Watching his growth across two seasons is like watching someone crawl out of their own mythology and into selfhood—and it’s stunning. There’s heartbreak. There’s cosmic nonsense. There’s Alligator Loki. And there’s a finale so hauntingly beautiful and earned, it sits next to WandaVision in my “Marvel shows that punched me in the soul” collection. And listen—Sylvie? Mobius? Miss Minutes? OB??? The cast chemistry is a gift. The acting? So, so good. If you wrote Loki off as “just a fan favorite,” this show will make you rethink everything. ⸻ Tags: 🌀 Identity Crisis Energy, 👑 Character Redemption Arc, 🎨 Set Design Porn, 😭 Existential Feels, 💔 Marvel Tier 1, 🧍♂️ One God, Infinite Sadness
- AntonioFebruary 3, 2026Possibly the best Marvel show I've seen. The visual effects, acting, soundtrack/score, story and more, it was all worth it. Would love to see a 3rd season continuing this, but if it never happens, and I doubt it will, it's fine because this was absolutely worth every moment to watch. Fun, funny, exciting, dramatic and so much more, totally worth checking out. Thatys all I can say!
- Echo ParkinJune 11, 2025Love it. Even though I'm still confused about some parts…
- Milan RajooAugust 26, 2026didn’t know marvels writing could be this good. S2 was flawless
- JimBotoAugust 7, 2026Out of all the live action Marvel TV shows, this one by far is the best. Excellent compliment to Loki and how his character is truly as important as all the other "heroes".
- honestoliverAugust 1, 2026So boring.
- ChristopherJuly 27, 2026Alot less actions than i was expecting. Solid TV show overall though.
- Michael SurberNovember 14, 2025Fantastic MCU series. Tom was born to play Loki! Well crafted series and I hope that they are able to continue it.
