E4Ein Hai wenigerPatrizia Ortmann is looking for a home, assisted by Stockl and Marie Hofer, and stumbles upon the scissors-stabbed corpse of real estate agent Klaus Hai, while an unidentified man flees the site. Sven Hansen and Korbinian Hofer's first suspect is struggling rival agent Josef Hartinger, who needed a disputed sale to avoid bankruptcy. Tenents association chairman Martin Fratschner sued Hai for irregularities and was at the site that time, yet Stockl brings a surprising blackmail clue. Sven Hansen is unpleasantly surprised as his bothersome father, businessman Olaf Hansen, arrives in Rosenheim for a week and expects Sven's attention, pushing Patricia as first 'acceptable' date. Chief Gert Achtziger gets Marie apply as executive director under him at the Music academy by pointing out the despised alternative, so Korbinian fears more farm chores. - Das Fenster zum Tod
E6Das Fenster zum TodAntiquarian Sebastian Gangl's heart-pierced corpse is discovered at home by traditional window-poppers trio Marie, Stockl and Ortmann. With Hansen on yachting tour, Korbinian gets another partner from Hamburg: Christian Lind. Gangl had seduced widow to buy most of her late husband's collection at a sweet price, then dumped her and tried to buy the furniture too. A wealthy client accuses him of pretending a clock was only worth half the price he asks for it online, but it's missing and records fail. He was unpopular, allegedly outdated, had an affair with a colleague's wife and stood in the way of a promotion. With Korbinian Hofer visiting a friend in Vienna, Tobias Hartl must interim-assist Christian Lind, but still homeless Tobias's own suitcases worry the colleagues. - Tödliche Gier

Korbinian and Lind check his dental practice partner Dr. Berthold Balzer, who is blamed blindly by their resigning receptionist Babsi Frei, whom Randl allegedly recently dumped after he helped him steal patients, which she denies. The murderer stole the precious diamond necklace Randl bought for his new London fiancee. Stickle insists without trail 'it must be' recently released murderer Carlo Greisinger, who actually turns out involved with dodgy jeweler Toni Eiglsberger's insurance fraud. - Ein fast perfekter Plan

Korbinian and Lindt investigate if that's about the missing, 100 year old diamonds-studded golden egg worth 200.000 Euros, but it was hidden nearby, so Miki mans a trap, but expert Henriette Frisch rules it a brilliant fake. Cousin Oskar Fleischmann reported he saw a suspicious senior lurking, museum director Dr. Daniel Koch vaguely heard Sigmund rowed with his lawyer and friend Martin Lemke, not the same, but his wife Rosemarie shared a hotel with Sigmund in Verona. - Ottos letzter Sieg
E11Ottos letzter SiegPlaying golf, experienced Jo and novice klutz Marie find the club's best player Otto Lindenthaler's skull-smashed corpse in the bushes, lame-drunk, besides the fatal iron club and a female clasp. With Miki proud to serve as their 'golf consultant', Lind and Korbinian focus on rival Daniel Rothemund, who claims Otto only won by cheating, while his wife Leni had an affair with Otto, whom he warned off. Otto kept intimate photos from this and several other affairs, several paid him, including Karin Legler, who lost the clasp, which Jo proves was lost after the tournament. Checking court records, Korbinian contacts her lawyer, who also pleaded Otto's winning case 8 years before against Eva Simbacher née Kolbacher. - Gefährliche Nachbarn

Next her last relative Sascha Kraus, who points out he's no longer her heir, but was seen by a neighbor scavenging her home and is a staffer's lover. Innkeeper Stefan Hilbinger furiously accused him of delivering bad meat, his staff refers to the slaughterhouse. Son Ludwig opted for college against father's wish to continue the family firm and has an inconclusive party alibi. E26Aller Laster Anfang ...Fatally skull-smashed shipping firm owner Alois Bach is found by mechanic and junior business partner Bernhard Meierling, who heard someone slip away. Sven and Korbinian's prime suspects are his lover Caroline Jung, son Markus and fresh widow Christel. Alois secretly planned to sell his share and invest in Jung's hotel wellness expansion, which both heirs recently found out. E27Der Schlüssel zum TodLocksmith Alfred Seidl is found fatally head-injured under his balcony by his nosy neighbor, who fears to have killed him by falling flower pot, but it was accident nor suicide, the corpse was moved. His deputy Robert Behnke takes over for now, but cheaper, more modern, yet unprofitably small competitor Willy Neubauer smells another chance at the police contract, which Achtziger refused to decide by tender. Sven, Korbinian, Miki and fraud detective Tobias Hartl work out the Seidl firm was probably involved in a number of robberies in estates they secured, especially the contraband art collector Erika Bernauer. - Safe mit mörderischem Inhalt

Sven and Korbinian investigate the crooked marriage with significant others. They also find the missing weapon most interesting, as it was used in an earlier armed bank robbery, the ex-con being meanwhile paroled and around. Meanwhile Achziger needs to put up young guest musicians for the academy, and has no better sound proof practice space then the precinct basement gun range.
