Fatally skull-smashed shipping firm owner Alois Bach is found by mechanic and junior business partner Bernhard Meierling, who heard someone slip away. Sven and Korbinian's prime suspects are his lover Caroline Jung, son Markus and fresh widow Christel. Alois secretly planned to sell his share and invest in Jung's hotel wellness expansion, which both heirs recently found out. Contraband tobacco is discovered in dodgy driver Jochen Teschke's truck.
