Egli, diffidando di tutti, si sceglie come aiuto soltanto tre uomini sicuri, incorruttibili, determinati: Jimmy Malone, un anziano poliziotto irlandese duro ed esperto; George Stone, un giovane oriundo italiano, e Oscar Wallace, un contabile incaricato di indagare nei conti di Capone.

The music made you feel as if the military had won some conquest somewhere and we were once again America the great and beautiful. Triumph! Oh, and The Way We Were. No idea what that has to do with anything but it obviously meant something to the soundtrack composer. It was played over and over. I think he thought he had disguised it will enough but noooo... He did not. As for the plot... Yes, Al Capone existed. Yes, Elliott Ness captured him with tax evasion. But that's about were the truth and Hollywood parted ways.
