Where to Watch Lethal Weapon
- Alexis AlexisJuly 27, 2026“I got you, partner.” SIX-STAR MOVIE. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- tellumJune 28, 2026Almost every aspect of this movie became an action trope, but 40 years after the fact I was surprised how well the execution of everything held up. Also the circumstances of the ending fight scene are hilarious and is blatant misconduct, but it’s Gary Busey so who cares.
- skrishnan37May 28, 2026The buddy cop movie that started it all. A solid movie and a little too serious, but still great
- cursedbagsSeptember 29, 2025Good Christmas Movie.
- jackmeatAugust 21, 2025My quick rating - 7.8/10. Since plex dropped that other action flick into my "Tis the Season" library, why not refresh myself with another classic? Last time I watched this, 1080P wasn't even remotely a thing. This movie redefined the buddy cop movie and solidified Mel Gibson as a top box office star. The chemistry between the two actors is what made this legendary. Not going to get too full-blown since I am sure nearly all have seen this. Still a good one to bust out for the holidays.
- HaroldBawlsApril 20, 2026I dont remember this movie being this funny. Great time spent watching it
- John GuiverApril 16, 2025One of my top movies ever, can watch them again and again, action, humor and great story !!
- ርልዪረJanuary 26, 2025Lethal Weapon is the ultimate buddy cop action movie. Mel Gibson and Danny Glover’s chemistry delights as the crazed young gun and the old experienced cop grow to respect and trust each other. Mel Gibson gives another iconic performance in his catalog of outstanding characters as the quirky and lovable but traumatizing Martin Riggs struggling to find a reason to hope. Danny Glover’s grouchy but endearing Roger Murtaugh is a perfect balance to Riggs. The two develop a loyalty throughout the film that makes the audience invest and care. At its core, Lethal Weapon is an epic action movie where the good guys kick some serious butt! For the 80s, this movie raised the bar for the action genre. My only complaint would be the first few minutes have some nudity that, if left out, would have made this a contender for the ultimate holiday action movie.
- Steve WilliamsJanuary 11, 2026One of my all time favorites.
- RadkaCoreyDecember 25, 2025One of my favorite classics. I like to watch at least once a year!
- ARuikisDecember 24, 2025Classic!
- ZokkiieDecember 23, 2025A total classic that still holds up after all these years. Mel Gibson and Danny Glover have incredible chemistry, and the dynamic between their characters is what really makes the movie shine. The mix of intense action, smart writing, and a little humor is perfect. While some parts feel a bit dated, it’s still packed with great fight scenes and memorable moments. If you’re a fan of 80s action, this is definitely a must-watch.
- CubaneDecember 12, 2025A buddy cop classic. Mel Gibson plays himself!
