- CravanThePugilistNovember 6, 2025Even as a child, I always found the resolution to Sandy's character arc pretty wack, & that final scene is random as hell, but... Grease might be the most sheer fun I have watching a musical. The only challenger in my books is Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph. I'd say I've seen Grease minimum 20 times, & before I desert this mortal coil, pretty damn sure I'ma fit in minimum 20 more. Selah.
- Michael SurberApril 29, 2025This is one of my wife's favorite movies so I've got to like it no matter what. That said, you kind of get what you expect to get here. Travolta and Newton-John make this film an above average classic. Adapted from a long running theater show, it could have failed miserably but instead, we've got a legendary soundtrack and iconic characters. Who knew?
