Art imitating art is the basis of this demonic tale of a group of invited guests to the screening of a horror film that brings naturalism to life. They are baited and penned, and their walled-in feeling quickly turns to screaming fear as those who are dead lust after the flesh of the living. In this full-scale cinema of hell, it's only a question of time before demons from the abyss are asking for second portions.
Demons Ratings & Reviews
- harryoversDecember 20, 2025Bava & Argento ❤️
- Paul KalkhofOctober 26, 2025Arguably the most 80's horror movie ever made, Demons is a blast from start to finish. It features a pounding hair metal soundtrack, and a story that you will be unable to predict where it goes next. an absolute fever dream of Italian Splatter cinema.
- Kevin WardJuly 6, 2025Demons has been on my watchlist for a while now and it didn’t disappoint. Some gnarly looking demon teeth, claws, eyes highlight some of the excellent practical effects. It’s light on characterization. I think the only character name I remember was Tony played by Bobby Rhodes. But when you have a samurai sword wielding, motorcycle riding action set-piece inside an old movie theater, who needs characterization? Really fun watch with a killer Goblin score and some excellent needle drops.
