Raja small time crook blacks railway tickets along with his friend Gafoor.They try to make something big and elope with the railways money and land in Mumbai.Raja meets Madhu a psychiatrist and falls in love with her pretending to be Raj Kumar from America.But trouble arises for him when he finds Madhu is close to his phobic patient Bhunnu.Bhunnu and Raja both are in love with Madhu and try to impress her by pretending to be one above the other.
