Braveheart
Perfection. Pure perfection. No catch. It's a masterpiece fit for a revisit later. One word for this movie: PEAK. This movie is amazing. Mel Gibson as William Wallace is so great. The relationships are so complex and not dull. The movie makes you care about the characters, their motives, and when a death scene comes, it feels earned. I genuinely don't really know what else to say. It's worth your time, making every second count in the movie's runtime, 2 hours and 57 minutes. Cinematography is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! 9.5/10. One of the best movies ever made, arguably. This is a huge step taken for movies. The respect for this movie that people have is well-deserved.
Braveheart
The Dark Knight
Another early morning watch, and I wasn't disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. The Dark Knight is also one of not many movies that made me feel emotion. This Batman movie truly feels like a true thriller. Seriously. It's an outstanding movie. This movie is also able to pull off good villains and put you on the edge of your seat. While watching, it immerses you in the situation. It's so menacing in a way, because you don't know what happens next. It isn't predictable. Even the soundtrack improves the movie as you watch, adding tension to scene after scene. No one is guaranteed to be alive either, besides Batman. The villains are also great. The joker is done so well in this movie. R.I.P Heath Ledger. Even the next villain in the movie who I won't name, terrifies you. He can snap at any moment, exploring the concept of chance. Nolan made another masterpiece. 9/10.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Genuinely, I'm very excited to see where this show goes. As a Christian, I hope this show doesn't get too dark with the overall story. Lonnie's arc is going great. I love the concept of Peter not holding back, especially with Scorpion and Doc Ock. I truly think that with the time travel and character arcs in this story, it will succeed. Don't mess this up, Disney. This show is a gem. 9/10.

A Minecraft Movie
Critically, this movie is a 4.3/10. Watch it with a crowd. It's a fun, bad movie. If you know the jokes surrounding it, you'll have fun in the theater. I did. It's a 7/10 in that way. Watching this as an actual movie, though. No. Nobody gets any good character development. It's extremely cringe worthy. It's very stupid in terms of logic and story. Literally everything. Studio cash grab. We're going to end up getting a sequel or a possible trilogy. I know. It was fun, though. You shouldn't really walk into this with high hopes, unless you know the jokes. You're gonna have fun, but as a standalone movie, you won't. You may chuckle a few times, it'll be dumb fun. It's somewhat enjoyable. While it has the biggest video game movie opening weekend, that doesn't mean it's a good movie on its own. Catch it in theaters if you can, you'll have a laugh, and it might become your go to bad movie to watch. To get your mind off things and be less stressed. Not a must see, but with a crowd, it's fun. With crowd, 7/10. As a movie or alone, 4.3/10.
A Minecraft Movie
Tenet
(!SPOILERS!) Tenet is wonderful. Might be a bit weaker than some of Nolan's other work, but the cast just steals the show. Robert Pattinson shines with our protagonist. To me, it was such an absurd plot and a very high octane thriller. This movie is so much fun. Only Christopher Nolan could make this idea into a great piece of media. Although, it isn't without it's faults, the movie is stunning, but this is one of the many elements to Tenet that can make it boring and confusing. The second half is where this movie picks up, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. Even the way that inversion was used in this was genius, especially the airlock scene. It was really interesting how science worked in that segment. Our lead got hypothermia from a gasoline explosion, it really messes with your perception. It's a fun and wild movie. The cast steals the show in the second half, with fun action scenes and an intimidating villain. One negative, it did feel like this movie could've been shorter. The way it deals with those parts of the movie are fine, but it couldn't quite keep me super invested, though I was still very interested. Most of the characters have at least a bit of an accent, accept for The Protagonist, which can make things frustrating sometimes. Overall, it's an amazing movie. When these action scenes come up, I love the way they used the concept of inversion and time reversal. Christopher Nolan is brilliant along with this movie and it's logic. 7.7/10.
