A simple St. Petersburg chemistry teacher lives modestly: for years he walks in the same suit, drives a "hunchback" "Zaporozhets", carries a shabby briefcase. And he does not suspect that a copy of him lives nearby, in the same Petersburg. This person is not at all addicted to chemistry. People like him are simply called a bandit. Sergei Prokhorovich cuts across the vastness of the city on the Neva in a luxurious jeep, leads real boys and pampers his mindless girlfriend. He had never met a chemistry teacher. Until the situation emerges from the classic anecdote about the "new Russian": the teacher's "Zaporozhets" flies into the bandyugan's jeep.
