Hakan and Yalçın are at the bottom of the cliff, while Şeref is in the operating room and his condition is deteriorating. Everyone, especially Mine, is waiting for Hakan. Hakan drives his car to Uluçınar's garden with difficulty. Yalçın is sitting unconsciously in the next seat. The team intervenes against Hakan and Yalçın. Yalçın's condition is critical and he is taken to emergency surgery. Hakan, who recovers, enters the operation, but the tremor in his hands doesn't go unnoticed by the team. Hakan waits for Yalçın to wake up to bring him to justice, but things don't go as he expected. While waiting for Şeref to undergo a second surgery, everyone is wondering if Hakan can handle this. Hakan entrusts Şeref to Leyla. While Leyla is overwhelmed with this surgery, Ömer supports her. Leyla and Ömer get closer. Berk is uncomfortable with everyone blaming his father.
