A renegade Apache, Chaqua, attacks the McCain ranch and takes Mark McCain prisoner. The renegade has recently lost his own son and intends on making Mark an Apache warrior. Although knocked unconscious, Lucas forces himself out of bed to join a group of men, including Marshal Micah Torrance and his good friend Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Buckhart, who have set out to retrieve the boy. Lucas will go to any length to get his son back.
