A robotic monster, Ligerman, was developed with the temperament of a lion, the strength of a gorilla, the intelligence of a human, and even chemical weapons. Dr. Yamatone and his team were traveling in the steppes of Kenya to investigate industrial development when the Ligerman caught up with them. The doctors are rescued with difficulty by ghostmen and rush towards their original destination, but on the way they come across a village where the river has dried up. The place hides another secret!
