Harrison Ford is the MVP here. His "hat" lecture is a comedic highlight, but his ability to connect with Sean on a level Jimmy couldn't reach is the emotional anchor. It proves that Paul isn't just a grumpy mentor; he’s a brilliant therapist who knows exactly when to stop talking.
