The Kleiers are approached by top PR agent Alison Brod to find a high-end, short-term rental for a documentary filmmaker with particular taste. He wants to live in a luxury apartment for the duration of shooting his film, but, all he can offer in exchange for a swanky pad is exposure in the film itself.

Halstead agent Ivana Tagliamonte's neighbor Mylah and Dr. Michael Wayne live in a 2 bedroom with 3 kids and 3 pit bulls. Though they love their apartment, a condo in a former birthing hospital in the east village and the neighborhood, they ask Ivana to help them find a bigger property.

His challenge will be attracting young and wealthy buyers while promising his overbearing owner there will be no damage to his $11.5M home. The Kleiers have received two listings from the same eager seller in the same building, one a triplex, the other a duplex, and while the units are not currently combined, they could be. The Kleiers are tasked with selling both of the units, either as a package deal or individually.

Elliman's Ann Cutbill Lenane has received a call from a man named Dror Nakash. He's currently renovating his two-family townhouse and isn't sure about how to price his listing, or if he's making the correct renovation decisions. Ann advises that he could potentially fetch a better price if he converts the unit to a one-family dwelling.

Boutique agency owner Doug Heddings has been asked to help his dear friends, Felicia and Jeff Walker find a new home in the West Village. In this sought after neighborhood, finding a suitable apartment for their family within their budget has proven rather difficult. Doug's challenge will be to convince them that if this neighborhood is a key factor in their search, then they'll need to raise their budget.

Recently, Sabrina helped a young couple from Canada invest in their first one bedroom apartment in NYC. After a quick gut renovation, the couple is now ready to recoup on their investment and make their next NYC purchase, but they are firm on their high asking price. Sabrina decides to organize a brokers' caravan to expose the property to the right clientele and get industry feedback on the price point.

The celebrity photographer, Patrick McMullan enlists the Kleiers to help him find a suitable investment property in Brooklyn, where he grew up. The challenge the Kleiers are facing is that they are not as familiar with Brooklyn as they are with Manhattan. Knowing this, they call upon a colleague who is a well-known developer in Brooklyn to assist them with their search.

Deborah convinces her client to price the property aggressively and contribute to the maintenance fee, but she knows it's not enough to get the place sold.

After living in the same building as Michele Kleier for years, Michele's neighbor enlists her to help sell her apartment so she and her family can have a fresh start. She's looking for a change and wants either a townhouse or a modern condo, ideally with more space. Michele quickly realizes that her biggest challenge will be her client's indecisive nature.
