The junior broker is faced with a looming deadline and after a past deal fell through, she fears her clients are on the brink of losing confidence in her. Elliman's Ann Cutbill Lenane has received a call from a man named Dror Nakash. He's currently renovating his two-family townhouse and isn't sure about how to price his listing, or if he's making the correct renovation decisions. Ann advises that he could potentially fetch a better price if he converts the unit to a one-family dwelling.
