As the adventurers take a boat to their next destination, Piplup and Pikachu explore the ship. They're capture by Team Rocket, but as Team Rocket tries to escape with their catch, Piplup and Pikachu end up on Castaway Isle, a mysterious place where electronic equipment does not work properly.
