The Rocket-Dan encounters the Ghost Pokémon in a haunted tower while setting a trap for Satoshi and his friends, and end up getting frightened away. Satoshi and Pikachu enter alone since his friends are afraid to go in. Inside, he and Pikachu are the victims of pranks by a Ghos, Ghost, and Gangar looking for playmates.
