Satoshi and his friends finally arrive in Yamabuki City, but before Satoshi can enter the Yamabuki Gym he is warned by a strange man not to go in. Satoshi enters anyway to discover a strange training facility for people with psychic powers. Satoshi challenges Natsume, the heartless gym leader.
