Pluribus follows Albuquerque author Carol Sturka, who is one of only 13 people in the world immune to the effects of the "Joining", an event in which an extraterrestrial virus transformed the rest of humanity into a peaceful and content hive mind known as the "Others". The hive mind happily accommodates the wishes of those who remain unaffected, but admits that it will ultimately seek to assimilate them when it learns how to do so. Carol is adamantly against their efforts as she searches for a way to reverse the Joining.

- Jayson3 januari 2026I revised my rating. After binge-watching the whole series, it feels like there are so many filler episodes that they make Madonna look tame. The show is slow and not paced very well. I might just watch The Last Man on Earth to see if that’s any better.
- __eli__9 november 2025I can't get this show out of my head
- nicholasdc14 november 2025Sit down and just enjoy. We only want to please you and make you happy!
- jdwilsh118 november 2025Haven't been this invested in something from the start since Severence. Apple TV are smashing it.
- BackDat_20 maart 2026we love you, carol!
- Aaron Slade18 januari 2026One of the most over rated TV shows I've come across. Padded out like crazy, several episodes should have been cut completely and filled with DEI rubbish.
- BrightEmber8 maart 2026Fantastic first season to this show. It's slow paced, which is nice honestly, but at the same time, so much happens. The entire extremely unique concept at play is introduced perfectly, and we get so much more information and puzzle pieces slotted in as the season goes on, they really did an excellent job. The very few characters are phenomenal, and extremely well written and acted. The next season can't come soon enough. It REALLY can't, given the ridiculous wait time. But if it's anything like this first season in quality, it'll be worth it.
- Chris10 november 2025Stunning. Great story and cast/acting, very unique and can’t wait for more! It’s totally bonkers.
- Zbigniew Czachor8 november 2025Wow! This is amazing!
- sopula4 februari 2026errrr idk whatever, interesting premise (I personally don't buy it but thats fine), main character is awful and stupid, the other characters are barely on screen and seem to do nothing while off screen, meanwhile karen spends entire hours of screen time wandering around doing f*** all. painful kill me show tbh interesting choice to have the protagonist be unlikable, but the only thing i wanted the entire time was for karen to not be on screen
- Coops_714 februari 2026An intriguing study into how human connection is different to hive-like communities we see in nature. Carol, our protagonist, didn't care much for the world before the 'event' and yet she longs for a return to that world with all its faults and imperfections.
- b.evil.c25 januari 2026Love the slow pace and concept. It has brought back those conversations about what it all means and what is going on. Just like Severance and I love it.
- Ty Leet19 januari 2026Will watch Season 2 just for Manousos
- Luís10 januari 2026The problem with TV series these days is that they only last 6, 8, or 9 episodes, and in the end, the story is so "short" that it's like a movie. It seems like people lack the creativity to create a story in each episode... it's a shame.
- Bas van Wetten9 januari 2026Plur1bus is a rare example of contemporary television that feels genuinely unburdened by formula. It unfolds with confidence and intelligence, presenting a premise that is both daringly original and meticulously controlled, trusting the audience to engage rather than be led. What impressed me most is how the series balances conceptual ambition with emotional clarity: its ideas are bold, yet never abstract to the point of detachment. Each episode deepens the narrative in unexpected ways, revealing a creative team willing to take risks while remaining disciplined in execution. In a landscape crowded with variations on familiar themes, Plur1bus stands out as a refreshing, thoughtful work—one that rewards attention and lingers in the mind well after the credits roll...
