Exploring the depths of the sea without three of their members, the rest of the Straw Hats are nearly eaten by a a giant anglerfish and crushed by a sea monster at the orders of a man claiming to be the legendary pirate Vander Decken. They are saved by the return of the three missing members with the newly-tamed Kraken, and finally make it to Fish-Man Island, where they are challenged by a group of fish-men outside.
