She tells him she's a widow, opens a conversation with him about being alone and finally invites him to her big house. After a few more rendezvous she suddenly asks him to lend her 2000 crowns. It's a huge sum of money for Möller, but he is flattered by her flirtation and finally agrees. Soon he finds out that he is the victim of a confidence trickster. - StamträdetE2
StamträdetMöller finds out that his neighbor Henry Blom is a specialist in philately as well as in genealogical research. Blom is willing to research Möller's family connections in exchange for a rare stamp in Möller's possession. Blom says that many Swedes are related to royalties, aristocrats and bishops without knowing it. Möller starts imaging a glorious family background for himself. He buys some antiques to match this new social status, without knowing the result of Blom's investigation yet.
