The four Kurodako Brothers use their shape-shifting powers and their advanced technology to secretly achieve world domination. Takoro, an extraterrestrial "deputy sheriff" arrives on Earth to stop their plans. He poses as a superhero with the help of his local friend, the 12-year-old boy Rin Yuki. Rin is the son of a scientist who correctly predicted the threat of an alien invasion, but was ridiculed by the scientific community.
