Opening In a photo shoot, a model has to move seamlessly from pose to pose until they get that perfect shot. The focus of practice is to work through the center, strengthening the abdominal lumbar and gluteal muscles as well as the inclusion of the Swadhisthana and Manipur chakras. Openness in the body allows a model the freedom to move without limitations.
