After a momentous New Year's vacation and with Valentine's Day approaching, Sawako Kuronuma is beginning to get along with her classmates. However, now that Sawako has realized her romantic feelings for the popular Shouta Kazehaya, she grows hesitant toward giving him obligatory chocolates and decides to not give him any. In turn, Kazehaya, who likes Sawako, feels a distance between them.

As February ends and April arrives, the second year of high school begins for Sawako. Luckily, she ends up in the same class as her friends Ayane Yano and Chizuru Yoshida, along with Kazehaya and his friend Ryuu Sanada, in addition to the newcomer named Kento Miura. When Kento develops an interest in Sawako, Sawako and Kazehaya's feelings for each other are put to the test.

ValentineSawako stayed up late making chocolate for her friends...and for Kazehaya. When she sees him receiving chocolates from others as obligatory "thank-you" gifts, she is worried hers would be seen the same way. Kurumi taunts her, and Sawako hesitates.

Just Give UpThe misunderstanding builds as both Kazehaya and Sawako believe they rejected one another's confessions. Sawako seeks comfort in Kurumi, who tells her that she didn't even put up a fight for Kazehaya. These words resonate deeply inside Sawako.

ReachSupport comes in unexpected forms, as both Kento and Kurumi give advice to Sawako and Kazehaya. It spurs Sawako on to take action. As she runs to find her crush, all she can think about is finally letting her feelings out.

ConfessionSawako thanks Shoto for what he has done for her and tells him that she like him. Shoto hugs Sawako but then the two are interrupted by Joe. The girls and then the boys are disturbed by Pin (Kazuichi Arai).

From Now OnThe class is done with their costumes for the school festival. Sawako ends up playing a ghost. The class win for refreshment stands but receive zero points for the costume parade because they bribed the judges.
After the Festival

After the FestivalSawako and Kazehaya go to karaoke with a group of friends. It turns out to be their first true date, and before the night ends, both of them want to make sure they're on the same page. But what do they both want to make clear?

Important PersonSome of the girls that like Shoto find out that he and Sawako are a couple, which makes them angry at her but Ume tells them that Shoto doesn't like girls that are acting the way they were. Ryu tells Chizuru that he like her.
