Former Marine, Rick, and his wife, Lena, are excited to buy their first home after 20 years of living on bases and in rentals. They're targeting homes in and around Oceanside, an area about 38 miles north of San Diego. Rick has his heart set on a Spanish Style home that's near the beach. Lena, on the other hand, would prefer a home that has a country style in a rural area inland away from other homes. Which one will they choose?
