Donald and Johanna are ready to get out of their rental in Sacramento, California, and buy a place where they can start a family. The couple has set a budget of $325,000, and hope to find a home with lots of rooms for lots of kids, and a kitchen where Johanna can indulge her passion for cooking. But this is no ordinary house hunt: Donald says he has a special gift of clairvoyance, and that he can feel 'energy' in a home that no one else can sense. If he walks into a place that makes him uncomfortable, he won't even finish the tour! Can this couple find a place that meets their wish list, as well as Donald's unusual criteria?
