Jan has begun her new job as house-keeper at Home Farm and Kim wastes no time letting her know who's boss. At the Sugden's, Andy receives a visit from his Social Worker, Carmel, who has some news about his dad. Zoe decides to tackle Zak about Butch and his behaviour. At Home Farm, flirtatious Kelly uses all her charms on odious Chris.
