Helena investigates a fire in a dog-kennel. A combustible mixture was poured over a dog and set alight. Then he was send through the entire kennel. An alienist thinks a 16 year old student who works there, did it. He thinks she's a psychopath and treatment won't work. Her father says Charlotte has been like this all her life. She always has known how to manipulate people. Is it possible to treat Charlotte, or should she just go to prison? Thomas is accused of raping a waitress at a party. Helena doesn't believe it, but when she gets a video send where she sees Thomas following the waitress into the toilets, she doesn't know what to believe anymore.
