A serial killer uses medical precision tot torture his 'working street girl' victims elaborately before disposing of them. Horatio's team races to find him, hopefully before the latest abductee is killed. Suspects include a mildly abusive family father and regular kinky prostitution client as well as a crazed old hunter-taxidermist, but tracks also lead to a cemetery, a jogging club and councilman Diego Navarro's son Esteban's free clinic.
