Brendan talks to Vera about Rita's connection in the fix. Brendan interviews Rita about the trolley race and she refuses to talk to him. Alma calling herself Mrs Halliwell makes arrangements to view Jackie's house. Alma tortures herself by looking round the house. Later Jackie discovers that the duvet has been cut and slashed.
