Two sisters, Cissie and Johanna Enright are desperate to keep their home from a property developer, Mr. Brenner, who wants to tear it down in favor of new development. They invite him for tea and Johanna, the dominant of the two sisters, decides that they have to poison him. Unfortunately, their plans go awry, or at least one of the sisters' plans does.
