E1Lost memoriesA man staggers onto the motorway, wanders around disorientated and causes a gigantic crash. Semir, who is one of the first to arrive at the scene of the accident, recognizes the man as his old colleague Boris Neumann. But Neumann himself cannot remember anything - he suffers from severe amnesia. A short time later, the body of Neumann's wife is found in a nearby hotel. For Semir's colleague Tom, the case is clear, because all the evidence clearly points to Neumann being the perpetrator. But Semir remains skeptical. He simply cannot imagine that his former colleague is a murderer, and so he suspects Sandra, a friend of Neumann's, who is behaving strangely. But then Neumann and Sandra suddenly disappear without a trace. Apparently Tom was right with his suspicions after all. A hot lead leads to the Maria Laach monastery. When Tom and Semir reach Neumann's hiding place by helicopter, a chase for life and death begins... - Janina

E3The moleA spectacular attack on a prisoner transport presents Tom and Semir with a mystery: Why did not all the prisoners escape, and why did Mitscherlich, of all people, run away, when he only had a few months left to serve? Detective Jörg Halbert is supposed to help Tom and Semir with the investigation. Meanwhile, gangster Gunnar Schroth, who ordered the attack on the prisoner transport, gets a nasty surprise: his two henchmen Brisco and Goover have freed the wrong man! Schroth's brother Manfred was not even in the transport. Schroth has fallen for misinformation that he received from an informant in the police ranks, and which costs Mitscherlich his life. The mole is Jörg Halbert, who finds things too hot after finding Mitscherlich's body and wants to get out. Schroth cannot allow that: In order to put pressure on Halbert, his son Peter is kidnapped. Halbert sees red and wants to free his son on his own... - Checkmate
E4CheckmateThe antique dealer Samuel Breuberg is robbed. The perpetrators are after dollar printing plates that Breuberg is smuggling. But the plan doesn't work: Breuberg has already stored the printing plates at a transport company. As he flees in his car, he is pursued by Gabriel, the head of the gang. During the wild chase, Breuberg has a fatal accident in his car. Before Tom and Semir can make any further progress with their investigation, the gangsters hijack a courier company van in which they suspect the printing plates are. But the load only contains the front of the printing plates. The back is hidden in a later delivery. Gabriel plans to rob the second van. But the gangsters get a nasty surprise. Because Tom and Semir have been tipped off and are proving their special skills as courier drivers...
