Tsuru Hiromi was a voice actress (seiyuu). She was born in Hokkaido and grew up in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. She was affiliated with Sunaoka Office and later Aoni Production. Her real name was 靏ひろみ (Tsuru Hiromi).
