Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl
Directed by Nick Park, Merlin CrossinghamGromit's concern that Wallace has become over-dependent on his inventions proves justified, when Wallace invents a "smart gnome" that seems to develop a mind of its own. As events spiral out of control, it falls to Gromit to put aside his qualms and battle sinister forces - or Wallace may never be able to invent again.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl Ratings & Reviews
- RichyE2d agoWallace’s latest invention—a “smart gnome”—was meant to simplify life. Instead, it spirals out of control, developing a mind of its own and threatening Wallace’s ability to invent ever again. With chaos mounting, it’s up to Gromit to face sinister forces and save his eccentric companion from technological doom. ✅ Pros Classic Aardman Charm: The film retains the signature wit, warmth, and clay-crafted charm that fans adore. Inventive Plot: A clever twist on AI paranoia, wrapped in cozy British humor and absurdity. Gromit’s Heroism: Once again, the silent canine proves to be the true brains and heart of the operation. Top-Tier Animation: Painstaking stop-motion work—reportedly one week per minute of footage—results in stunning visuals. Memorable Villain: Feather McGraw returns in what fans are calling one of the best animated villains ever. Laugh-Out-Loud Moments: From nuns on pleasure cruises to Wallace’s gadget mishaps, the comedy hits all the right notes. ❌ Cons Less Cinematic Than Curse of the Were-Rabbit: Some viewers felt it didn’t quite match the scale or polish of the 2005 feature. Short Runtime: At just 82 minutes, the story feels brisk and may leave fans wanting more. Familiar Formula: While fun, the plot follows a familiar Wallace & Gromit structure—quirky invention, chaos, Gromit saves the day. ⭐ Star Rating Vengeance Most Fowl is a delightful return to the world of Wallace & Gromit, packed with clever humor, charming animation, and a surprisingly sinister twist. It’s a must-watch for fans and a great entry point for newcomers.
- Kevin WardJuly 1, 2025Unpopular opinion, but I’ve just never been a big fan of the Aardman stop-motion films / Wallace and Gromit cinematic universe—with the lone exception being The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists! Part of it is the fact that, for the life of me, I can’t get my kids to watch stop-motion-anything. So I’m often left watching these all by my lonesome, probably on my phone, as I’m settling in for bed. So kindly ignore my 2.5 star rating. But come find me if they ever make a Pirates! sequel.

- RyezooFebruary 4, 2025It’s always pleasant to see a Wallace and Gromit adventure. Plenty of laughs to be had. Doesn’t feel as much as a movie as curse of the wererabbit but it gets the job done and a fun watch!
