Venom: The Last Dance Ratings & Reviews
- iambangali5d agoGreat 3rd instalment, great jokes, great action. Great fun.
- Tiago NazarethApril 13, 2025Certainly was fun to watch, and the storyline was definitely an improvement from the second film in the trilogy. Definitely better than the second, but not as good as the original. Tom Hardy once again proves why he is the perfect choice for the role of Eddie Brock/Venom, remaining the key element of these films. I believe they would be far less enjoyable without his presence. He does not disappoint, and nailed his role, bringing a perfect blend of humor, action, and Venom's signature appetite for chaos Overall, the final chapter of the trilogy delivers solid pacing, good performances, decent visual effects, and a fun engaging enough story. In conclusion, 'Venom: The Last Dance' is a fun watch and definitely worth seeing for fans of the character, though it doesn't quite reach its full potential We are Venom
- VarunDecember 19, 2024I’ve never liked any of the Venom movies but the first 2 films were at least a slightly entertaining way to pass the time. This one is such a nothing burger, it does absolutely nothing to advance Venom or Eddie’s character and relationship, the plot and enemies suck, everyone else is boring, the fights and vfx are bland, it’s completely humourless and stupid. I knew it was gonna be bad beforehand, I just wasn’t expecting it to be this lame. I’m a completionist so I have to finish watching every franchise I started, but the Sony verse of spidey spinoffs have been a colossal waste of time. My misery will end once I finish Kraven, then we can all collectively forget about this shitshow and hope studios learn from their mistakes and start making serious and stylised superhero movies again.
- Hadiyah WeaverFebruary 25, 2025I loved it -- it made me laugh and cry. It got a lot of harsh comments, but I think it was a nice film. I now only think of this movie when I hear 'Memories' from Maroon 5.
- Dave BarnesApril 11, 2025OK, but probably just as well this is the last one. Decent cast though.
- RoccaphellaMarch 28, 2025Better than the 2nd movie, didn’t hate it.
- JamieLettuceMarch 27, 2025Love Tom Hardy and wanted to like all the venom movies but they have gotten worse as the franchise went on. Hopefully this is the last one.
- Ryan GoldingFebruary 17, 2025It was fun, but felt long while still being too short for the story.
- Manuel FrangisMarch 26, 2025I just watched Venom: The Last Dance, and I give it 4 out of 5 stars. This movie wraps up the Venom trilogy in the wildest way possible. If you’ve been following Eddie and Venom since the beginning, this one definitely feels like a proper send-off. It’s still loud, chaotic, funny, and full of alien goo flying all over the place—but there’s also some real heart underneath it all. It doesn’t hit every single beat perfectly, but it delivers where it counts. Tom Hardy once again proves he’s the glue holding this whole thing together. At this point, he isn’t just playing Eddie Brock—he’s living it. The back-and-forth between Eddie and Venom is still the highlight of the movie. Their dynamic is just as funny and messy as ever, with plenty of arguments, one-liners, and weird moments that somehow make them feel like one of the best duos in superhero movies. You really feel how far they’ve come together by the end of it. The plot this time around is big. Without spoiling anything, it’s clear they wanted to go out with a bang. The stakes are higher, the world feels more connected to the bigger universe, and the action is on another level. There are some big surprises, some returning faces, and a few moments that definitely had fans in the theater reacting out loud. The scale is bigger than the first two movies, and while that sometimes makes the story feel a little packed, it still works overall. The action is pure Venom chaos—symbiotes flying everywhere, buildings getting destroyed, and insane fight scenes that somehow balance horror and comedy. The effects have definitely improved since the first movie, and some of the visuals in this one are wild. If you’re here to see Venom throw down, you won’t be disappointed. There’s also a good emotional thread running through the story, especially when it comes to Eddie and Venom trying to figure out their place in the world. After everything they’ve been through, they’re both dealing with what comes next, and it adds some surprisingly heartfelt moments. Nothing too heavy, but enough to remind you that underneath all the slime and violence, this is a story about two outsiders who only really have each other. The humor lands more often than not, especially when it leans into the absurd. There are a few moments where it gets a little too goofy, but it never takes away from the fun. Venom is still hilarious in his own loud, unfiltered way, and Hardy’s reactions are perfect. You can tell he knows exactly what kind of movie he’s in—and he’s having fun with it. The villain is solid, though not the strongest of the trilogy. They do the job, raise the stakes, and bring some intensity, but the focus stays mostly on Eddie and Venom, which I’m fine with. This movie is about them, their bond, and how far they’re willing to go to protect each other. I give Venom: The Last Dance 4 out of 5 stars because it wraps things up with style, laughs, and plenty of action. It’s not perfect, but it’s fun, weird, and full of heart—just like the other two. Overall Venom: The Last Dance is a wild final ride with two of the most chaotic characters in superhero movies—and honestly, I loved every messy minute of it. If this really is the last dance, they went out with a bang.
- Joshua LukeFebruary 11, 2025Better than the last one
- aslamdriverFebruary 16, 2025A Chaotic Finale with Flashes of Fun Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Eddie Brock, delivering a performance that captures the chaotic energy fans have come to expect. The film attempts to blend humor, action, and sci-fi elements, resulting in a mix that, while entertaining, often feels disjointed. The introduction of Knull, the god of symbiotes, adds a new layer to the narrative, but the crowded plot and uneven pacing detract from its potential impact. Despite its flaws, the movie offers moments of genuine fun and showcases the unique bond between Eddie and Venom. While it may not satisfy all viewers, especially those seeking a cohesive storyline, The Last Dance provides a fitting, if chaotic, conclusion to the trilogy.
- Peter BootFebruary 8, 2025You have to get in first. It's really very well done. The effects are really very good.
- Pontus BergFebruary 6, 2025Pumped with actiln but story left a lot to which for. The name of the evil guy literally being fuck in Swedish also added to not being able to take the film seriously.
- RyezooFebruary 4, 2025Venom dancing to ABBA….. might be one of the dumbest scenes I’ve seen in a movie this year. This movie is lazy, rushed, and unsatisfying. Someone stop Tom Hardy from cashing these checks. Too talented for this garbage.
- AnthonyTeeFebruary 1, 2025Holy shit. This is hilariously bad. Writers actually sat in a room, came up with this dialogue between Venom and Eddie and thought, yeah this is good. Good god. I checked. Can the millennial and older generation writers just step aside and let the younger gen’s write movies now. And the investors. Seriously, you read this script and thought “hey this is good, here’s (let me check my notes) $120 millions dollars…” wtf.
